Foaming Bath Butter

Creamy and luxurious, this has a mild pH of 5 - 6. It leaves the skin feeling clean, soft and moisturized. 

It can be used for foaming scrubs for body and face, exfoliating scrubs, shaving cream, cream soap, bath frosting and so much more.  This is a cream soap base. Paraben free. 

This is a base formulation.  It is white in color and has no fragrance.  Please make sure to test in small batches. 

For adding fragrance, please check your fragrance's usage guidelines.  We recommend 2-3% when adding sugar or salt. Can use up to 3% fragrance oils. 

Directions for use:  Place desired amount in a bowl. Add 3% fragrance and water-based color or mica as desired. We have found that whipped with a stand mixer for at least 10 minutes has worked best, but a hand mixer can also be used. Whip your FBB until it has doubled in size.  Note that whipping to more than double may cause it to collapse.  Package and label as desired.

• Cocamidopropyl Betaine - 20-30%
• Vegetable Glycerin - 20-30%
• Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid (Optiphen) - 1-2%
