• Store flat to prevent warping.

We do not offer refunds. If a product arrives faulty or is damaged during shipping, we will immediately ship you a replacement product.

To receive a replacement for a damaged or defective product, we require:

• A picture of the damaged shipping box from the carrier

• A picture of the damaged product

• For defective items, a clear photo of the defect and a detailed description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
