Bubble Bath Base

A gentle, high foaming bubble bath base.  Can also be used to make shower gels.  Gentle on the skin.  

Make sure to test your colors and fragrances in small batches. 

INSTRUCTIONS: Bubble bath base can solidify during transport and in colder weather. Once color and fragance are added, itwill no longer solidify.  Warm in 30 second bursts in the microwave or in a double boiler to turn back to liquid.  Add Fragrance per your manufacturers %.
